About

10m.workbaskets is our browser application to collect and index documents and store them into IBM Contentmanager Ondemand (CMOD). Users can be assigned to workbaskets and work together on a batch of documents.

Embedded pdf viewer

One viewer for all document types

All documents in a workbasket will be displayed as pdf file but stored in its original format. That's perfect for the end users because they use the same interface for all kind of documents.

Active directory

User authorisation with active directory

You have the option between Azure active directory (aad) or active directory (ad) to assign users or groups to workbaskets and roles.

Lean administration

Fast installation and less administration

We don't need a database engine to maintain or application server to set up. Everything is capsuled in one jar file. Just set up the environment and begin.

Archive to CMOD

Compliant archiving with CMOD

The workbasket uses the ODC REST service to store documents savely in cmod.

User interface

features

Embedded viewer

When a document is accessed we convert it and present is as pdf but it will be stored in it's original format to CMOD.

Comments

While you are working with a document you can use the comment function

Assigning or locking documents

You can block documents for yourself or assign them to other colleagues.

Move documents

If you find that a document is in the wrong workbasket, you can simply move it to another one.

Use external datasources

It is super easy to use external data sources to index the documents. For example, the customer base from the CRM system. Or just some picklists, which are part of the administration

Multilanguage

Your admin can create dictionaries and integrate them into the user interface.

Use favourites

Mark workbaskets you use most as favorites. This can be very helpful if you are assigned to many workbaskets.

Upload documents

You can load documents into a workbasket at any time. We make sure that only the file types that are also configured in CMOD are allowed.

Applications

A workbasket is always assigned to an application group. We determine which applications are assigned to this application group and which file formats have been specified. This prevents us from loading file formats into an application that is not supported.

Better user experience

Customize the workbasketes. Give them their own color, logo and description and improve user experience

Assign application group fields

You have access to all available fields of an application group. Assign the fields you need to your workbasket. Define length, type, set default values or connect them to a picklist or an external data source if required. You can decide which fields are mandatory.

Custom fields

You can create additional custom fields that are not part of CMOD. These fields can be used, for example, in the post archiving exit.

Postprocessing exits

If a document has been successfully saved in the CMOD archive, you can run your own postprocessing exits if required. For example, to transfer data from the workbasket or the unique document ID from the archive to another application.

Authorisation

Map your active directory user groups or individual to workbaskets. We do not need our own user management.

Multible OnDemand Instances

The configuration suppots multiple odc instances. Due to that each workbasket can use another CMOD archive to store documents.

Imports and connectors

REST connectors

In order to support users when indexing the documents and to avoid errors, we use the REST connectors. With these you can integrate any REST-capable data source. Be it SAP, a CRM or just a database.

Keyword lists

For simple use cases, you can create keyword lists and map them to fields. Another simple way to make data quality better and avoid input errors.

Auto imports

Import documents from different sources into workbaskets. This can be a network share, a OneDrive directory or other sources. Use our Mail2File tool to automatically import emails or attachments into work baskets.

Use CSV files

Sometimes there is also a metadata file for an imported document. For example csv. We can use this information when importing into a workbasket. We save time and avoid mistakes.
